Call for oral and poster abstracts combined

Nursing of Children Network's (NCN) 16th Annual Regional Pediatric Nursing Conference invites you to share your ideas, expertise, and research on clinical, psychosocial, and professional topics that will enhance the pediatric nurse's knowledge and skill.

• Topics pertinent to the development of pediatric nurse's knowledge or growth and development
• Topics pertinent to the seasoned nurse (>20 years of experience) in the areas of clinical care, ambulatory care, trauma, leadership and professional development are especially desired and will be given preferential consideration over more basic content. 
• Enhances foundation for clinical decision making or stimulates thinking about practice
• Clinical interventions discussed within theoretical, research, or evidence based perspective
• Insightful application or creative/original solution to pediatric problem
• Innovative strategies for teaching patients and families

New for 2019, you have the option to let us know how you would like to present!  Choose from one or a combination of the following options:

1. 50-60 concurrent session presentation
   on a clinical, leadership or professional development topic
2. 15-20 minute oral abstract presentation
   (e.g. clinical case presentations or research or QI project results)
3. poster presentation

The deadline to submit an abstract is March 30, 2019.
Call for Abstracts has been Extended until April 15!
  
Acceptance notices and further instructions will be sent in mid-May.

The Conference Planning Committee will make final decisions as to the form of the presentation.
